Do you ship beer directly to my home?

We currently ship beer to select states as permitted by law. Please check our shipping policy page for a full list of eligible regions and to ensure someone 21+ is available to sign for the delivery.

How should I store my Deschutes Brewery beer?

To maintain the freshest flavor profile, we recommend storing all of our beers upright in a cool, dark place, preferably refrigerated between 38°F and 45°F.

What is your return policy for merchandise?

We accept returns on unworn and unwashed apparel and non-perishable gear within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all beer sales are final and cannot be returned.

Are any of your beers gluten-free?

While most of our traditional ales contain gluten, we do offer specific gluten-reduced options like Lil' Squeezy. Please check the product descriptions for specific dietary information.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Yes, once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
