At Deschutes Brewery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on beer, but we are happy to assist with exchanges or refunds for damaged goods and non-perishable merchandise.

Verify that your item is eligible for return, such as unworn apparel or damaged glassware, within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Contact Support

Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of any damaged items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Items

Securely package your non-perishable items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at a local carrier facility; once we receive and inspect the items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement.
